International Leadership Expert discusses the challenges and opportunities of leading in a time of crisis

Ronald Heifetz, co-founder of the Center for Public Leadership at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, was recently here on campus to share his insights and advice about leading in times of crisis. The October 19th luncheon event was organized and hosted by the Center for Integrative Leadership’s Community Outreach Initiative, and was attended by over 150 university and community leaders.
